Job Description
We are currently seeking an Experienced Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a solid understanding of Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup. If you are motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold calling, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls daily to generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and secure sales opportunities.Manage and prioritize a list of 5,000 leads for regular follow-up.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers through effective communication.
Accurately log and track all interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
Requirements:
Microsoft Services Knowledge – Strong familiarity with Microsoft Services is essential. Previous experience in Microsoft Services sales will be a significant advantage.
Cloud Backup Knowledge – A non-negotiable requirement; a solid understanding of Cloud Backup solutions is critical to succeed in this role.
Cold Calling Expertise – Comfort with cold calling is a must, as the role will be focused on making calls throughout the day, every day.
Sales-driven – The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales environment, particularly in telemarketing.
Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities are essential.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales.
Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
