Job Summary
We are looking for a Costing Clerk to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and analyzing data used for costing determinations and financial reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Process and analyze data for costing determinations.Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices.Calculate labor, material, and time costs.Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements.Collaborate with accounts payable and purchasing departments.Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Costing Clerk or similar role.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in spreadsheet software and accounting systems.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
