Hire Resolve is seeking a Debt Management Product Head on behalf of a leading Financial Wellness Technology company in the Financial Services industry. This executive-level position, reporting directly to the CEO, is responsible for assisting clients in improving their credit profiles and achieving financial wellness. The role encompasses customer service, financial consultation, and sales, providing guidance on credit repair and credit-building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit consultations to assess client reports, identify inaccuracies, and understand financial challenges.
• Educate clients on credit scoring factors, credit repair strategies, and steps to improve their credit profiles.
• Provide personalized credit-building plans, advising on financial management and responsible borrowing.
• Manage external partners involved in delivering debt management solutions to consumers.
• Track and manage client progress with regular updates and continuous support.
• Offer superior customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage client referrals and repeat business.
• Document client progress, service plans, and interactions in CRM tools.
• Ensure all client communications and activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports to assess service effectiveness and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification
• 3-5 years in Debt Management
• 8-10 years Executive Management / Director experience in the Financial Industry
• Advanced MS Word and Excel
• Excellent Computer Literacy
• Proficiency in multiple local languages
• Self-starter with effective diary management skills
• Strong professionalism and presentation skills
• Registered Debt Counselor (preferred)
