Pretoria: Draughtsman – Pretoria West

Minimum requirements: National Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology or related field Minimum 2 – 5 years’ experience as a Draughtsman in the Bus Building, Automotive or Manufacturing sector Proficient in CAD Software (Solidworks) Proficient in MS Office Suite, Projects Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and bus design principles Familiar with SA Bus Industry regulations and standards as well as SABS, OEM, ISO and SANS. Create and revise detailed technical drawing (2D and 3D) Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and design requirements for frames (Floor, underframe and side frames, chassis preparation, internal and external cladding, electrical diagrams) Prepare layout, assembly and part drawings for components (e.g. body panels, passenger and driver’s door, battery boxes, air ducts, component parts) Consultant: Edna Anderhold – Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
