About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Pretoria, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from business development through to placement and post-placement relationship management. You will identify and secure new business opportunities within your specialised market, develop and maintain long-term client partnerships, and consult with clients on recruitment trends, talent mapping, salary insights, and hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recruitment experience within an agency or specialist recruitment environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
