Job Summary
Role Overview
This position focuses on maintaining the financial health of the scheme while ensuring members receive comprehensive healthcare coverage. By utilizing data analysis, the role supports decision-making in benefit design, risk management, and trend analysis to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Actuarial services planning: Design actuarial analysis to provide input into improvement of the companies’ sustainability and interventions
- Actuarial modelling: Builds and evaluates tools and predictive analytical models for compiling and analysing data to calculate risks
- Actuarial advisory: Perform a complete range of actuarial service and financial projection such as long-term strategy and annual valuation
- Stakeholder Management
- Compliance and Governance: Solid understanding of Corporate Governance, including the Companies Act and King IV
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Actuarial Science.
- Advanced expertise in Actuarial Science.
- Min 4 years of experience in actuarial analysis
