Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation.
- Ability to perform well under immense pressure.
- Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
- Ability to liaise with banks and debtors.
- Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Banking Litigation Secretary or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of banking litigation practices, including court procedures.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in legal document management software like OCS, Excalibur and DM11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience with the Big 4 banks is an advantage.
