Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking an Cashbook/ Payments clerk to join their finance team permanently in Pretoria East (Shere). This role can develop into a Junior Account role eventually.
Job Profile:
- The preparation and distribution of the daily cash report and cash variances.
- The preparation and distribution of the weekly cash flow forecast.
- Maintaining the bank signatory lists across the wider business.
- The daily download and reconciliation of the company`s bank accounts including JV`s
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric (minimum requirement)
- Finance Degree/ Diploma (beneficial)
- 1 – 3 years’ experience
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Services industry background (beneficial)
- Attention to detail and mathematical skills
