About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned CEO to lead our high-growth business, driving strategy, profitability, team leadership, and operational modernisation while reporting to the board and investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations and driving efficiency, spearheading customer growth and market expansion, optimising customer acquisition costs, elevating retention rates, and enforcing disciplined cost management.

Requirements
- 5+ years of CEO experience in a high-growth business

- Strong leadership and ability to manage and inspire teams
- Experience in overseeing complex systems or processes
- Experience managing cashflow and cost disciplines
