• Proven experience in pre-owned or used vehicle sales (minimum 3 years)
• Strong ability to source and generate own customers through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Professional presentation with a customer-focused approach
• Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process for pre-owned vehicles, from enquiry to handover
• Actively prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Conduct valuations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals to close sales
• Perform vehicle demonstrations and ensure all sales documentation is accurate
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with showroom presentation and stock management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up after vehicle delivery
