Job Summary
We are looking for a seamstresses/cutter with experience to join our team. Must be able to work with stretch fabric, chiffon, satin and laces. You need to use industrial machines and domestic, to be punctual and comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced industry.COMPETENCIES(Knowledge, skills and behaviors): Able to use an industrial sewing machine. Cutting and getting the measurements and details correct. Able to work as a team Attention to detail. Experience in garment construction essential Experience in basic alterations Effective communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate requests and instructions to individuals and groups via email and in a team setting. Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, client service and delivery. A keen eye for quality and details. Ability to multitask and take initiative when needed. Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organization Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work at all times. Possess a personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organization.
