About the Role

Craven Cottage CC is seeking a highly skilled Support Consultant to join our team in Pretoria East. As a Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and installing our company’s products. You will also have the opportunity to travel to clients in Mozambique and Botswana. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support via telephonic or written means
Conduct training sessions for clients in English and Afrikaans
Travel to client sites, including international destinations such as Mozambique and Botswana
Install and demonstrate our company’s products
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, logging calls, and testing new development
Demonstrate excellent telephonic etiquette at all times

Requirements

Grade 12
Experience in reservations, point-of-sale, inventory, and accounting in the hospitality industry is mandatory
Own transport required for travel to client sites
Fluent in Windows and Excel software
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Good people skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Qualifications

Formal hospitality qualification an advantage
