Job Summary
Duties:
Website Performance Monitoring:Check website uptime and ensure the site is live and accessible.Verify website speed and optimize performance.Test functionality, including forms, navigation links, and critical features.Content and Compatibility Management:Ensure mobile and browser compatibility across various devices.Verify content accuracy, ensuring it is current and error-free.Identify and address broken links using online tools.Traffic and Analytics Oversight:Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.Identify unusual traffic patterns or vulnerabilities, such as bot activity or spam.Security and Vulnerability Checks:Review security logs for suspicious activity.Ensure firewalls and security plugins are active and up-to-date.Advert Management:Ensure old ads are indexed and removed.Refresh stock listings for clients.Importer and Feed Management:Monitor importer errors and ensure feeds are functioning.Liaise with aggregators for feed updates and troubleshooting.Sales Support
Duties:
Account Setup and Administration:Create Odoo accounts, contracts, and proformas for new clients.Send contracts to clients and sales reps.Follow up on signed contracts, invoice issuance, and payment collection.Client Relationship Management:Conduct client service calls to buyers.Assist clients with loading and refreshing their stock.Contact and follow up with “For Hire” leads.Customer Account Monitoring:Track customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve issues.Reporting and Coordination:Prepare daily stats reports and predictive KPI reports as needed.Assist sales reps with requested reports and insights.Customer Service and Issue Resolution:Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat.Log tickets for unresolved issues and escalate to relevant departments.Key Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of website management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).Proficiency in Odoo or similar CRM/ERP platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with lead nurturing and customer relationship management.RequirementsExperience in website management, sales support, or a similar role.Understanding of web technologies, traffic analytics, and online security.Prior experience with client account management and administrative tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Advanced Excel skills Junk Mail is dedicated to the promotion of equal and fair opportunity.
