Requirements : A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Minimum 8 years experience in construction supervision and contract administration Multidisciplinary project experience (civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical building services) Knowledge of SANS 10400 National Building Regulations and building finishes Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and Construction Regulations 2014 Basic understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 standards Proficient in AutoCAD for reading and editing drawings Experienced in measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities Code 08 drivers license Willingness to travel to sites as required
