The ideal candidate must be strong in dispatching, tracking, driver management, and weighbridge compliance within a fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities: Dispatch and monitor tipper trucks daily. Track trucks live (routes, speeds, no-go zones). Manage drivers and enforce compliance. Oversee weighbridge slips, load accuracy & documentation. Handle breakdowns, tyre issues, and workshop coordination. Communicate with clients, mines, and loading points. Submit daily trip and performance reports.
