About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fuel Station Manager to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fuel station, managing staff and facility maintenance. If you have a proven track record in retail or petroleum industry management, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including fuel stock levels and ordering/receiving of fuel
- Supervise and manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
- Facilitate facility maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe working environment
- Monitor fuel accounts and manage expenses to optimize profitability
- Perform other tasks as required
Requirements
- Recent management experience in Retail or Petroleum industry (Fuel Station Manager, Retail Manager, Store Manager)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Matric
- Recent management experience (as stated above)
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary range: R 20 000 – R 35 000 per month, depending on fuel accounts management experience
- Stable employment record expected
