About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, providing exceptional support to our finance function and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and vendor invoices
- Manage bank and creditor reconciliations
- Analyze cash flow and prepare financial reports
- Maintain SAP ERP transactions and approvals
- Liaise with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and headquarters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with SAP ERP (non-negotiable)
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
