What we are looking for: Head of Platform Operations

What you will do:

• Develop and implement the Platform Operations strategy
• Oversee hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Lead end-to-end application operations and performance management
• Drive automation, observability and AIOps practices
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management
• Partner with key clients to deliver measurable outcomes
• Lead, mentor and grow high-performing operations teams

What you must have:

• 12+ years in IT operations, including 5+ in senior leadership

• Expertise in infrastructure, cloud and PaaS technologies.

• Strong experience in ITSM, AIOps and service delivery

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (POPIA, ISO 27001)

• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder skills
