About the Role
Ligpos Ltd is seeking an HR Consultant to join our team, playing a critical role in the day-to-day facilitation of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of HR documentation and/or implementation, as well as assisting with IR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HR and IR-related queries in the 50/50 ratio with clients
- Facilitate communication with clients to ensure legal compliance with HR documentation
- Develop and implement client maintenance programs to continuously improve onboarding experiences
- Manage daily labour relations and IR assistance to clients
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR documentation and/or implementation
- Experience in Industrial Relations (IR)
- Strong understanding of Employment Equity (EE) duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Salary & Benefits
Junior HR Consultant: R14,000 per month. Promotion to HR Consultant: R16,000 per month. Senior HR Consultant: A fuel card and car allowance of R2,500 (dependent on mileage). All salaries are negotiable based on candidate experience and suitability.
