About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Sales Specialist to join our team at Numeral Financial Services Group in Pretoria. As the first point of contact between our investors and the Company, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for investor satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work with people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with possible investors for the LNDR Club;
- Grow and build the investor Club membership;
- Responsible for presentations to possible investors so as to attain new business;
- Manage and convert leads into sales and ensure outcomes are captured onto the system;
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information;
- Cold calling and answering of inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner;
- Evaluate problems and complaints of investors and provide proper solutions to them;
- Respond to the needs of investors and provide personalised service;
- Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer;
- Upsells products and services;
- Researches needed information using available resources;
- Makes relevant notes from investor interactions;
- Identify any issues that investors might be struggling with;
- Report on investor feedback;
- Manage & update investor databases;
- Follow-ups on investor calls;
- Boost investor loyalty by offering a proper experience over the phone.
