Pretoria: Interior Architect

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute interior architectural designs for retail and commercial spaces. Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and presentation materials using Revit. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Conduct site inspections and provide solutions to design or construction challenges. Stay up-to-date with trends, materials, and technologies in interior architecture. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and commercial interior architecture. Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
