Job Summary
Position Overview As a Junior Business Analyst at Akhile, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our data management processes. You will work closely with both the business and development teams to collect, update, and formalize data processes, ensuring seamless operations and the implementation of effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in business analysis within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Management – Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business objectives. – Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across systems. Process Development & Documentation – Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive business processes and SOPs. – Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions. Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. – Partner with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Reporting & Analysis – Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data trends and process efficiencies. – Analyze data to support strategic decision-making. Project Support – Assist in managing projects related to data process improvements. – Ensure project milestones are met, and deliverables are of high quality. Qualifications & Requirements Educational Background Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Experience Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or project experience in business analysis, data management, or related areas is a plus. Technical Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). – Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous. Soft Skills – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. – Attention to detail and organizational skills.
