Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated Junior IT Project administrator to join our dynamic IT and Cybersecurity team in Pretoria. This junior position offers significant growth opportunities within our specialised product lines and a clear path towards Cyber Risk and Compliance roles.
Responsibilities
- Working with project team members, the PM is expected to gain a high-level understanding of the business processes, using that knowledge to guide the team in making appropriate decisions for the project that will drive improvements and provide value to the customer and the
- Lead multiple teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs, demonstrating consistent results.
- Must know the constraints and methods for defining and demonstrating the business`s platform functionality
- Ability to develop detailed project schedules inclusive of all in-scope development, installation, and integration schedule activities as well as explicit and implicit out-of-scope milestones by others (i.e. owners and general contractors) impacting project execution
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Set and meet deadlines and priorities in a structured way, following the project management process.
- Develop project documentation as required, create and implement a communication plan, schedule regular meetings and ensure all parties are informed
- Attend and actively participate in customer meetings, ensuring detailed understanding and proactive handling of their IT.
- Prepare detailed customer reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure consistent client communication.
- Assist in the management of helpdesk support calls, including analysis, assignment, and escalation.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for issue resolution and system
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes, with a strong focus on creating positive client experiences and exceeding
