The Role: Junior Project Coordinator This role is designed to support project delivery across IT and software development initiatives. You will assist in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to grow into a well-rounded project management professional. Key Responsibilities 2 – 5 years’ experience in project coordination, software project management, or a related field Assist in creating detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelines Coordinate and assign tasks to team members with clear responsibilities and deadlines Track project progress and facilitate adjustments to keep goals on schedule Act as a key communication point for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Organize and lead project meetings, including kickoffs, updates, and reviews Identify and log risks or issues, ensuring mitigation and resolution Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and lessons learned About You 2 – 5 years’ experience in software project management or related role, or a degree/diploma in Project Management Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana) Confident in using productivity software such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace Organized, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving ability Collaborative team player with an eye for risk management Bonus: Experience with CPaaS platforms, large-scale software projects, or messaging services (SMS, USSD, RCS, OTT) What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional growth and development opportunities Input into shaping project management processes A dynamic and supportive workplace Flexible working options based on performance and needs
