Requirements:
More than 5 years post-admission experience would be an advantage. Extensive, in-depth High Court litigation experience in both actions and motion proceedings would be beneficial. Right of appearance in the High Court is a benefit. Extensive experience of appearing in the High Court in opposed/defended and unopposed/undefended matters would be an advantage.
