Villieria, Pretoria Moot: LITIGATION ATTORNEYMinimum Requirements:-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual (male or female)-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-Full proficiency in Afrikaans essential speak, read and write (Mostly Afrikaans speaking clients)-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed -Admitted as an Attorney with right of appearance a must-Minimum 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation / Debt Collection / Family Law a must-Fully independently functional a must, including drafting of legal documentation, notices & pleadings-Must be willing to attend to Court appearances-Drivers license and own vehicle a must-Willing to commit to firm long term-Must currently reside in Pretoria, preferably in/near Pretoria Moot-To start as soon as possibleDuties:-High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation (General Litigation, Debt Collection and Family Law matters etc.)-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)Salary: R 15 000.00 R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience) + commissionE-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2774; and – Your monthly gross salary expectation in context with the offered amount.
