Job Summary
The Role at Glance
In this envirnment, you`ll manage logged tasks and project requests, ensuring seamless operations. Your expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems will be vital in supporting this facilitys productivity, product quality and reliability.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee all activities related to logged tasks and project requests.
- Ensure all projects, repairs, and planned maintenance are performed to the highest standard and in compliance with specifications.
- Champion safety practices in all activities, fostering a culture of proactive hazard management.
- Maintain a workplace that reflects excellence in housekeeping and organization.
- Be available for occasional standby duties and call-outs for project-related work.
Working Hours
- Monday Thursday: 07h00 – 16h30
- Friday: 07h00 – 14h30
- Occasional standby and call-out duties may be required for project-related work or if the Plant Ramped up to extended Manufacturing Hours.
Requirements
What Were Looking For ?
Qualifications:
- Trade Certification: Red Seal Millwright/Electrician, with a wiremans license (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Experience: 35 years (post-apprenticeship) in electrical and mechanical plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, or Food Packaging industries).

Technical Skills:
- Siemens PLC and basic process instrumentation experience.
- Fault-finding and maintenance of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Welding skills.
- Ability to create custom machined parts (using a lathe or hand tools).
- Training in rigging and lifting (highly desirable).
- Siemens PLC and basic process instrumentation experience.
Additional Skills:
- Forklift drivers license (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with Fiix CMMS or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, etc.).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
