Employer Description Property and Facilities Management Company Job Description Leading Property and Facilities Management company is seeking a well qualified Chief Financial Officer. You must have experience at executive level within the Property Management industry and be able to motivate and lead a large finance team. Responsibilities Work closely with the Board and other Executives to execute on the Shareholders Objectives Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Undertake financial planning and analysis to drive growth and maintain financial health Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the companys legality and business ethics Identify and manage risks to achievement of company objectives Maintain an up to date knowledge of applicable legislation and accounting requirements that impact company business Ensure that financial systems, records and internal controls are in place to produce accurate and reliable financial reports Preparation and presentation of monthly and annual financial reports Qualifications CA(SA) Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry Working knowledge of IFRS and Caseware MDA or MRI System knowledge
