LODGE MANAGER | 5-STAR SAFARI LODGE
WILCON Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star safari lodge located in the breathtaking North West Province. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lodge Manager to lead operations and uphold world-class service standards. This is an incredible opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment, is passionate about guest experience, and has strong leadership and organisational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all lodge operations to ensure a seamless and high-end guest experience
- Lead and manage departmental teams including front of house, housekeeping, and F&B
- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and lodge presentation
- Handle guest relations, special requests, and issue resolution with professionalism
- Manage stock control, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Drive team motivation, training, and performance to deliver excellence
