• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Oversee all financial operations, reporting, cash flow management, and working capital.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS, and all statutory requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 8-10+ years’ experience
• 3 years in a Financial Manager role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP and Syspro) 
• Strong leadership skills and strategic commercial acumen with a focus on driving operational profitability
