Job Summary
Responsibilities & requirements:Nursing diploma (Registered Nurse) 3-5 years of nursing experience; prior pre-authorization experience in managed healthcare is beneficial.Must be proficient in case management with a background of medical aid liaison and updating ICD 10 codesMust be computer literateMust be proficient in the use of SADFM or similar case reporting systemsMust have sufficient experience to perform proper patient assessmentsMust be able to liaise with the MDT team and familiesOwn transportPrevious liaison experience with medical facilities in Pretoria area will be advantageous.SANC registered Attention to detail, strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and computer literacy.Maintain professional communication across departments.Coordinate with medical advisors, hospitals, doctors, and patients.Provide telephonic case management and referrals for specialized cases.
