Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Excecutive Assistant/ PA /Office Manager Strong Financial background Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion and integrity’ Proficient in MS Office (Advanced) Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Executive support to the CEO, including daily management and scheduling of meetings Prepare correspondence, presentations and confidential documents Assist with Finance related tasks and administrative duties where required
