Familiarity with patch management tools is a plus. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of operating systems and patch management processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in patch management and security monitoring tools. Additional Requirements Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security) are preferred. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independent judgment. Flexibility to support patch management activities as needed. Key Responsibilities Patch Management Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with security and compliance requirements. Patch Assessment and Testing: Evaluate, prioritize, and test patches to ensure compatibility and performance. Patch Deployment and Monitoring: Execute and monitor patch deployments, resolving any issues that arise during the process. Vulnerability Management: Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and generate compliance reports for management. Training and Awareness: Educate staff on patch management policies and promote best practices across the organization. Contract Details Primarily based in IT Operations, with opportunities to engage across various departments.
