About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PCB Layout Designer to join our team in Pretoria-East. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and laying out complex multi-layer PCBs, managing component libraries, and ensuring compliance with IPC standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Layout and routing of multi-layer PCBs
  • Management of the PCB component library
  • Create and verify schematic symbols for PCB footprints
  • Prepare documentation for PCB manufacturing and assembly

Requirements

  • BTech (Electronic Engineering)
  • Experience with Mentor Graphics, Pads Professional or similar packages
  • Knowledge of PCB assembly process and IPC standards
  • Knowledge of schematic design and experience with high-speed digital components
