Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in pre-owned or used vehicle sales (minimum 3 years) Strong ability to source and generate own customers through prospecting, referrals, and networking Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Professional presentation with a customer-focused approach Valid drivers licence Key Responsibilities: Manage the full sales process for pre-owned vehicles, from enquiry to handover Actively prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers Conduct valuations, handle trade-ins, and structure deals to close sales Perform vehicle demonstrations and ensure all sales documentation is accurate Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with showroom presentation and stock management Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up after vehicle delivery Remuneration: Market-related basic salary Competitive commission structure Standard dealership benefits
