About the Role
RDM Glamour is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Job Evaluation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Industrial Psychology, with a proven track record of managing successful job evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job evaluation projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with Job Evaluation Committees to ensure effective project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and reporting skills
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Relevant degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development or a related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR or Job Evaluation
- Proven experience managing job evaluation projects
- Experience working with Job Evaluation Committees
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
Qualifications
- Professional registration (e.g. SABPP) is an advantage, but not mandatory
