About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at RDM Glamour in Pretoria. With a strong background in HR and Industrial Psychology, you will be responsible for managing job evaluation projects and working closely with Job Evaluation Committees. If you have a proven track record of delivering successful project management outcomes and excellent stakeholder management skills, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
- Relevant degree (HR / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Development or related)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR / Job Evaluation
- Proven experience managing job evaluation projects
- Experience working with Job Evaluation Committees
Qualifications
- Professional registration (e.g. SABPP) will be an advantage
- Completed degree in a relevant field
