About the Role
RDM Glamour is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our Job Evaluation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Organisational Development and a proven track record of managing successful job evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage job evaluation projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with Job Evaluation Committees
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Prepare comprehensive project reports
Requirements
- Relevant degree in HR / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Development or related
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR / Job Evaluation
- Proven experience managing job evaluation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
Qualifications
Professional registration (e.g. SABPP) will be an advantage.
