Requirements Relevant Degree or Higher Diploma Project and Programme Management Certification IT and Financial or Banking Industry experience essential 4-5 years experience within project environment in a similar role Portfolio Management Certification (PfMP, SAFe) is advantageous Duties and Responsibilities Assess needs: Evaluate the project`s needs for tools and equipment. Train: Provide training to workers on how to use tools effectively. Optimise MS Projects Online and JIRA tool usage. Guide and support project and programme managers on tool usage. Ensure data integrity of the project and programme information captured. Draw reports and conduct analysis on project data.
