Our client in the hospitality industry, a dynamic and prominent property located in Pretoria, is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant/F&B Manager to join their team.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the front-of-house operations
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team to ensure exceptional service
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Set up and manage team schedules and timetables
Qualifications
Hospitality related qualification
Skills
- Firm but fair approach to leadership
- Resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong management and organizational skills
- At least 10 years in F&B or Restaurant management experience
- Hotel or Restaurant establishment experience
- Micros, GAAP system or equivalent is ideal
Salary/Package
