Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS: · 6 Years Relevant Experience · Go-live preparation and post Go-live support. IDocs · Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing. · Ticket handling, problem and incident management experience · Jira and Confluence experience · SAP SD experience · SAP S/4 HANA (advantageous). · MM Expertise Attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s). ABAP debugging beneficial (Workbench related knowledge of new development/enhancements) Setting up the organization structure for Sales & Distribution processes and perform all relevant configuration, including Materials Management where integration requires this. Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing Preparation of Sales & Distribution templates for various objects e.g., sales orders. Integration testing with other modules Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFCs processing Carrying out regression testing Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails Responsible for troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support Executing the required changes through configuration Preparing the cut over strategy for SD objects Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls Raising Change Requests (CRs) and writing Functional Specifications , Preparing test data for testing of CRs , Testing CRs (Change Requests) and test results Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles. Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Update and maintain documentation as an existing systems functionality is changed. Go-live preparation and post Go-live support
