Scale Technician And Verification Officer

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
*Verification of scales to ensure accuracy and compliance with Legal Metrology standards.*Install, maintain, and repair electronic scales in accordance with manufacturer specifications.*Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on scales.*Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with scales and other electronic equipment.*Replace and repair damaged or faulty parts as needed.*Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed via electronic job card and APP.*Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide technical support.
Requirements:
*NRCS Verification and Repair qualification – scales and weighbridges.*Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of electronic scales.*Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment*Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for scale calibration and maintenance.*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.*Excellent communication and customer service skills.*Valid driver`s license.*SA CitizenWe offer training and a competitive salary with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
