About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Foreman to lead and manage our site teams in the Glass & Aluminium industry. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining site safety, and ensuring project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Supervise and coordinate all on-site installation and fabrication activities
ā¢ Lead and manage installation teams across multiple projects
ā¢ Ensure work is completed to specification, within budget, and on time
ā¢ Interpret and implement technical drawings and plans
ā¢ Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
ā¢ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
ā¢ Mentor junior staff and provide on-the-job training where needed
ā¢ Manage site logistics, materials, and work schedules
Requirements:
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in the Glass & Aluminium industry
ā¢ Proven leadership and team management experience in a foreman or similar role
ā¢ Strong technical knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and glass installations
ā¢ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
ā¢ Valid driverās license (mandatory for site visits and transport)
ā¢ Safety certifications (e.g. OSHA, First Aid) are a plus
