Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions for our EdTech platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across our backend and frontend systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, scope, and deliver new features and improvements.
• Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of our applications.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion best practices within the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert-level proficiency with React.js for building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Strong experience with Django (Python web framework) for developing robust and scalable backend APIs and applications.
• Demonstrated experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway) for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with educational technology or e-learning platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest).
