Job Description

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Developer to join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining their core online learning platform and related systems. Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions for our EdTech platform.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across our backend and frontend systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, scope, and deliver new features and improvements.
Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of our applications.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion best practices within the team.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technical decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Expert-level proficiency with React.js for building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
Strong experience with Django (Python web framework) for developing robust and scalable backend APIs and applications.
Demonstrated experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway) for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with educational technology or e-learning platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest).
