Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all architectural specifications and design principles are met on-site. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and efficient progress of the projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP)
- Proficiency in using Revit software, preferably with certification
- Advanced knowledge of council documentation and submission processes
- Strong skills in technical detailing and construction documents
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
