Job Description

Requirements: Must have experience with Transfers and diverse matters, i.e. Estate Transfers, Sectional Titles, Subdivisions, Consolidations. Meticulous and accurate drafting skills Ability to attend to finances on a transfer instruction; Ability to work on electronic files and systems; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work independently; Good understanding of the deeds office procedures and practice Ability to work in a process driven environment Ability to report to more than one Director; Knowledge pertaining to Lexis Nexis, AJS and Flow systems will be advantageous IMPORTANT : This is a skilled profession. Do not apply if you do not have the relevant Conveyancing secretarial experience. Please submit a copy of your ID and payslip with your application.
