The purpose of a Terminal Operator is to manage the loading and unloading of cargo from ships, trucks, and other vessels in a safe and efficient manner. Terminal Operators are responsible for the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as the maintenance of terminal facilities in compliance with governmental regulations and customer requirements. They must ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and that safety protocols are strictly observed.
