Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments, inspections, and task coordination. Ensure all rooms and public spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure quality control. Lead, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of performance. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of housekeeping staff. Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure timely room readiness and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain housekeeping inventory and order supplies when necessary. Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with hotel policies and regulations. Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 23 years experience in housekeeping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with housekeeping systems and hotel cleaning protocols. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
