About the Role
We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our team in Pullenshope, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with wireless communication installations, test internet equipment, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain wireless communication systems
- Test and repair internet equipment
- Provide customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
- Work at heights (training provided)
- Assist with testing and installation of new equipment
Requirements
- Grade 12 with studying towards an IT qualification advantageous
- Knowledge of wireless communication installations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work at heights

- Must be able to relocate and reside in Pullenshope
