Requirements:
5 Years experience in a similar position Must come from a Legal background Check the firms bank statements daily for payments received Capture payments received on the firms accounting program Capture the firms invoices and send electronically to clients Follow up with clients on outstanding payments Load transfers / payments between the trust account and the business account Make provision for Tax and VAT Correspond with the firms accountant Submit travel claims to accountant Address financial queries that clients may have Prepare statements for clients Update the firms files in respect of invoices rendered and payments received Draw statements from the firms accounting software on fees generated by a specific fee earner Supervise and manage the firms creditors clerk Experience working on Ghost Practice Consultant: Jamie Jagers – Dante Personnel Midrand
