Hire Resolve is looking for an experienced O&M Manager to oversee the performance and maintenance of our client`s renewable energy systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, strong attention to detail, and good communication and time management skills.

Key

Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management:

    • Monitor solar system performance and ensure production and efficiency targets are met.
    • Analyze data and create reports for stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement O&M procedures and best practices.

  2. Maintenance Management:

    • Schedule and manage routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
    • Coordinate troubleshooting and fault fixes.
    • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.

  3. Technical Leadership:

    • Support and guide the O&M team.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Identify recurring issues and implement solutions.

  4. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Keep clients informed about system performance, maintenance schedules, and issues.
    • Work with project managers and engineers to optimize operations.

  5. Time and Resource Management:

    • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational needs.
    • Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining system reliability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in solar energy projects, focusing on operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
  • Experience with Energy Management Systems and performance monitoring is a plus.
